We currently deliver in Bengaluru within listed pincodes; check availability on the home page. Next-day orders must be placed by 14:00 the previous day. Deliveries are handed over against a one-time code sent to the recipient.
Changes and cancellations are free until the order's cutoff. After cutoff, flowers may already be reserved or in preparation; cancellation charges apply by stage: created 0%, demand committed 0%, allocated 0%, in processing 100%, ready for dispatch 100%, dispatched 100%. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
If a delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable, we reattempt the same day (up to 2 attempts). Flowers are perishable; we cannot hold them for a later day.
